I have a fair bit of Too Faced Cosmetics products in my “collection” that I tend to enjoy but I’m 100% an Urban Decay Cosmetics gal. Regardless this palette caught my eye and after
considerable a little thought I decided to cave to the pressure and buy the Too Faced Cosmetics Natural Eyes palette ― new edition.
The new edition is basically a reformulated version of their original Natural Eyes Eyeshadow Palette and now contains a new coconut butter infused formula that gives the shadows a creamy, silkier texture. This palette contains nine matte, satin, and shimmer shades ― Heaven, Silk Teddy, Strip Poker, Cashmere Bunny, Push-Up, Honey Pot, Sexpresso, Erotica and Chocolate Martini.
So to begin.. the packaging is gorgeous. This is a seriously lovely palette. The designer in me is swooning over the amazing font pairing. And in true Too Faced fashion, this palette smells amazing. Every Too Faced palette I own smells incredible. It’s kinda their thing and I love it.
The shades are the same as the original palette but now feature a larger, feminine in-pan design. Too Faced basically reformulated and redesigned their original palette to make it better than ever. In my opinion this palette is an upgrade from their more typical matte formula used in previous palettes, as it is less dusty, more pigmented and provides better application overall.
Additionally I picked up my Sephora birthday gift from Bite Beauty. A mini lip set consisting of high pigmented, creamy color with a moisture-rich lipstick and lip crayon, conditioning scrub and hydrating balm.
